Kibun — Privacy Policy

Kibun (the “App”) is a macOS app that styles your desktop with curated moods, widgets, and folder icons. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what the App does and does not collect.

Information we collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our own servers. The App has no account system and no analytics or tracking.

Location (optional, for the Weather widget only)

If you choose to add the Weather widget, the App requests your location once to show local weather.
Your coordinates are stored only on your own Mac (in the App’s local app-group storage) and are sent only to Apple’s WeatherKit service to retrieve the forecast.
Your location is never sent to the developer or any third party other than Apple, and is never used for advertising or tracking. Weather data provided by Apple Weather. See Apple’s privacy policy for how WeatherKit handles requests.
You can deny or revoke location access at any time in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services; the rest of the App keeps working.

Purchases

Purchases (e.g., unlocking moods or folder-icon packs) are processed by Apple’s App Store / StoreKit. We never see or receive your payment information.

Children

The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.

시스템 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 위치 서비스에서 언제든 위치 접근을 거부·해제할 수 있으며, 앱의 나머지 기능은 정상 작동합니다.

구매

무드·폴더 아이콘 팩 잠금 해제 등의 구매는 Apple App Store / StoreKit을 통해 처리되며, 저희는 결제 정보를 보거나 받지 않습니다.

아동

본 앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

변경

본 방침은 변경될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 위의 “Last updated” 날짜로 반영됩니다.

Kibun（以下「本アプリ」）は、厳選したムード・ウィジェット・フォルダアイコンで Mac のデスクトップを彩る macOS アプリです。当方はユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが何を収集し、何を収集しないかを説明します。

収集する情報

当方は、いかなる個人データも自社サーバーへ収集・保存・送信しません。 本アプリにはアカウント機能がなく、解析（アナリティクス）やトラッキングも行いません。

位置情報（任意 — 天気ウィジェット専用）

天気ウィジェットを追加する場合のみ、現地の天気を表示するために位置情報を1回リクエストします。
座標はお使いの Mac 内（アプリグループのローカル保存領域）にのみ保存され、天気の取得のために Apple の WeatherKit サービスへのみ送信されます。
位置情報が開発者や Apple 以外の第三者に送信されることはなく、広告やトラッキングに使用されることもありません。天気データは Apple 天気が提供します。
システム設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → 位置情報サービスでいつでも位置情報へのアクセスを拒否・解除でき、その他の機能は通常どおり動作します。

購入

ムードやフォルダアイコンパックのロック解除などの購入は Apple App Store / StoreKit を通じて処理され、当方が決済情報を閲覧・受領することはありません。

お子様について

本アプリは子供向けではなく、子供の情報を故意に収集することはありません。

変更

本ポリシーは変更される場合があります。重要な変更は上記の「Last updated」の日付に反映されます。
